Moor Königsdorf

In the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, around eleven percent is covered by moors. This makes the district one of the areas in Bavaria with the most moors. Over a length of about 30 km, the moors stretch from Lake Kochel in the south over the Königsdorf basin to Deining in the north. The resulting axis is also called the ‘Tölzer Moorachse’. From the Posthotel Hofherr you can start directly on an exploration tour in the Königsdorfer Moor. An impressive flora and fauna awaits you.
